  • 50 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 1 glass Currant jam or bach flavor
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  1. This dough is made when you process all the ingredients as follows: Sieve the flour on a baking board and spread the butter in flakes on it. Put the egg yolks, the sugar, Dan vanilla sugar, the grated lemon zest and the ground nuts in the middle and knead all the ingredients into a kneading dough.
