  • 350 g Green frozen peas
  • 400 ml Vegetable stock
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Butter


  • Cut the onion into cubes and sweat in the butter, then add the stock and bring to the boil.
  • Add the peas to the stock and cook until soft, then add the cream and a little salt and pepper, mix up with a hand blender, season to taste and ... done .....!
