Ingredients
- 350 g Green frozen peas
- 400 ml Vegetable stock
- 50 ml Cream
- 1 Onion
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Cut the onion into cubes and sweat in the butter, then add the stock and bring to the boil.
- Add the peas to the stock and cook until soft, then add the cream and a little salt and pepper, mix up with a hand blender, season to taste and ... done .....!
