Cookies: Cappuchino Snails

- 100 g Cream cheese
- 160 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Egg yolk
- 360 g Flour
- 2 Knife tips Baking powder
- Liquid butter
- Cappuchino powder
- Granulated sugar
- Mix the butter with the cream cheese. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolk and stir everything well. Mix the flour and baking powder and knead everything into a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into two parts and roll out into rectangles, brush the rectangles with melted butter. Scatter cappuchino powder on the rectangles and roll up.
- Roll both of them in granulated sugar and wrap them in foil and put them in the fridge overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, unpack the rolls, cut them into slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for about 12 minutes
