Cookies: Cappuchino Snails

  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 160 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 360 g Flour
  • 2 Knife tips Baking powder
  • Liquid butter
  • Cappuchino powder
  • Granulated sugar
  1. Mix the butter with the cream cheese. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolk and stir everything well. Mix the flour and baking powder and knead everything into a smooth dough.
  2. Divide the dough into two parts and roll out into rectangles, brush the rectangles with melted butter. Scatter cappuchino powder on the rectangles and roll up.
  3. Roll both of them in granulated sugar and wrap them in foil and put them in the fridge overnight.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, unpack the rolls, cut them into slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for about 12 minutes
