Cookies: Cinnamon Wedges

The perfect cookies: cinnamon wedges recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Butter
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 175 g Ground almonds
  • 150 g Spelled flour type 630
  • 5 tablespoon Cream
  • 80 g Almond flakes
  1. Mix the butter, sugar, salt and eggs until frothy.
  2. Add cinnamon, almonds and flour and mix well.
  3. Spread the dough on a sheet lined with foil or paper, brush with the liquid cream, spread the almond flakes on it and press down a little.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.
  5. Cut into squares or rhombuses while still hot.
