Cookies: Cinnamon Wedges

- 150 g Butter
- 175 g Sugar
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
- 175 g Ground almonds
- 150 g Spelled flour type 630
- 5 tablespoon Cream
- 80 g Almond flakes
- Mix the butter, sugar, salt and eggs until frothy.
- Add cinnamon, almonds and flour and mix well.
- Spread the dough on a sheet lined with foil or paper, brush with the liquid cream, spread the almond flakes on it and press down a little.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.
- Cut into squares or rhombuses while still hot.
