Cookies for Babies or Diabetics

- 250 g Flour
- 1 Fruit, e.g. apple, banana or fruit puree / pulp
- 1 Egg, it’s delicious, but not a must
- 100 g Butter or margarine
- Some baking soda for airiness if desired
- 1st egg (please consider the age of the baby, leave it out if necessary), knead butter and flour and then knead in the fruit.
- Bananas should be ripe and can simply be kneaded in. It is best to grate apples or knead in porridge. If the dough is too mushy, add a little more flour.
