Cookies: Heap of Oats

- 50 g Oatmeal brittle from my KB http://www./rezept/431774/Vorrat-Haferflocken-Krokant.html
- 25 g Muscovado or brown sugar
- 100 g Wheat flour type 550
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- 50 g Dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon Chocolate shavings
- Finely chop the cranberries and mix with the other ingredients to form a heavy batter.
- Preheat the pipe to 160 degrees.
- Using a small spoon, place the heap on a tray lined with foil or baking paper and bake the cookies for about 20 minutes until light brown.
- Before enjoying, please let cool down completely. The parts don’t taste warm. Since this snack is fat-free, you can comfortably eat one more.
- The specified amount is sufficient for one tray.
