Cookies with white chocolate and nuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 125 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 50 g nuts, e.g. almonds, roughly chopped or sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

makes about 20 chocolate nut cookies

Grease two baking sheets or line them with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and continue beating. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into the mixture and stir in. Fold in the chocolate and nuts. Use a teaspoon to place small mounds of dough onto the baking sheet. Leave enough space between them, as the dough will spread slightly in the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Of course, you can vary the chocolate and nut flavors to your liking!
