Ingredients

  • 250 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 g Brown sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 280 g Spelt flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 Eggs
  • 125 g Macadamia nut roasted and salted
  • 175 g Chocolate of your choice
  • 175 g Raisins ........

Instructions

  • Stir the butter until foamy and gradually stir in the sugar, brown sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. Mix the flour and baking soda on the side.
  • Then add the flour / baking soda mixture and stir well! If the dough is too firm, add a little more milk or water! Then roughly chop the nuts and chocolate and fold into the dough with a spatula!

Preheat oven to 190 ° convection!

  • Line the baking sheet with baking paper and distribute the dough with 2 tablespoons in 3 portions on the baking sheet! The dough runs over a large area with the heat of the oven and makes 20-25 cookies!
  • Then bake in the oven for about 10 minutes! The cookies are relatively soft after baking, so it is best to use a spatula to place them on a grid to cool down!
