  • Fat for frying
  • 4 Mushrooms, brown
  • 1 Shallot
  • Salt, gourmet pepper
  • 1 small can Kidney beans
  • 1 small handful Arugula
  • 10 Tortelli with goat cream cheese with honey
  • 1 Bit Cheese (glacier cheese)

  1. Put on a saucepan with salted water and bring to a boil. Add the 10 tortelli and cook for about 4 minutes. Then carefully remove from the water and put in a sieve, allow to drain.

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into pieces. Wash the rocket and shake dry. Peel shallot in blitz chopper, chop. Pour kidney beans into another sieve and rinse with water. Then take a pan and heat the fat in it.
  2. Add the mushrooms and fry briefly. Add the chopped shallot and continue frying. Then season the whole thing with salt and gourmet pepper. Add the drained tortelli ‘s and fry them while turning. Add kidney beans and rocket and fry briefly.

Serving

  1. Take a flat plate and add a portion in the middle. Cut a piece of the cheese and grate it fresh. Then sprinkle with it and serve immediately.
