- 0,3 Cooked cauliflower
- 1 Cooked potato
- 0,5 Fresh onion
- 3 Carrots
- 0,5 Kohlrabi fresh
- 600 ml Water
- Seasoned Salt
- Ground pepper white
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion and sauté briefly. Add the cauliflower and potatoes to the saucepan with the water, bring to the boil. Then let it cool down briefly and then puree.
- Peel the kohlrabi and carrots and cut into very small pieces. Then add to the saucepan and season. Bring to the boil again and cook until the vegetables are soft.
- Add the parsley and let it steep briefly, then serve.
