Cooking: Creamy Vegetable Soup

  • 0,3 Cooked cauliflower
  • 1 Cooked potato
  • 0,5 Fresh onion
  • 3 Carrots
  • 0,5 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 600 ml Water
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Ground pepper white
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion and sauté briefly. Add the cauliflower and potatoes to the saucepan with the water, bring to the boil. Then let it cool down briefly and then puree.
  2. Peel the kohlrabi and carrots and cut into very small pieces. Then add to the saucepan and season. Bring to the boil again and cook until the vegetables are soft.
  3. Add the parsley and let it steep briefly, then serve.
