Turkey Rolls
The perfect turkey rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
FILLING
- 1 Zucchini
- 4 tablespoon Cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- Wash the turkey schnitzel, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
FILLING
- Wash the zucchini, cut lengthways into thin slices and fry on both sides in a pan with hot oil, degrease on a little kitchen towel.
- Now coat the turkey escalope with cream cheese and top with zucchini slices, roll up and fix with toothpicks.
- Fry the roulades in a pan with hot oil, turning all around for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the vegetable stock and let it stew for another 5 minutes. If you want, you can thicken the sauce a little.
- Halve the turkey rolls diagonally and serve with a side dish to your liking
