Cooking: Fussili with Tuna

The perfect cooking: fussili with tuna recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Fussili
  • 1 Can Chunky tomatoes
  • 1 size Onion
  • 3 toes Fresh garlic
  • 150 ml Dry red wine
  • 1 Can Tuna
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Chopped basil
  • Olive oil
  • 1 pcs Ginger
  • Chili salt
  1. Cook the pasta aldente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. For the sauce, cut the onions and garlic into small pieces and fry them in olive oil. Deglaze with wine, add the tomatoes and ginger.
  3. Bring everything to the boil, season with salt and pepper, add a little sugar, chilli salt and the tuna. Finally add the basil.
