- 250 g Fussili
- 1 Can Chunky tomatoes
- 1 size Onion
- 3 toes Fresh garlic
- 150 ml Dry red wine
- 1 Can Tuna
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Chopped basil
- Olive oil
- 1 pcs Ginger
- Chili salt
- Cook the pasta aldente according to the instructions on the packet.
- For the sauce, cut the onions and garlic into small pieces and fry them in olive oil. Deglaze with wine, add the tomatoes and ginger.
- Bring everything to the boil, season with salt and pepper, add a little sugar, chilli salt and the tuna. Finally add the basil.
