Cooking: Ham Noodles in Cream Sauce

  • 300 g Pasta
  • 200 g Baby spinach
  • 100 g Cooked ham
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 400 ml Poultry stock
  • 200 g Mixed mushrooms
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 2 El Butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg
  1. Brown the onion in a little oil, add the stock, butter and cream and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the mushrooms, blanch the spinach, quench, squeeze out in cold water and cut into small pieces. Dice the ham, fry the mushrooms in a pan for about 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper, add the ham and spinach and let them get hot again.
  3. Cook the pasta in salted water and pour it into the sauce, now add the ham with the mushrooms, stir well and season again with pepper and nutmeg, salt to taste.
