Green asparagus, shrimp and cream saucepan
- 2 tbsp Spice oil: tomato-rosemary oil from my KB
- 125 g Frozen king prawns
- 200 g Asparagus green fresh
- 100 ml Cream
- 125 ml Semi-Dry white wine
- 10 g Grated cheese
- Colorful pepper
- Sea salt from the mill
- Chili powder

- 100 g Cooked pasta

- Herbs of Provence
preparation
- Thaw the king prawns under hot water and pat dry … Wash the asparagus, peel the lower third and cut into pieces approx. 5 cm long
Cook
- Heat the spice oil with a little pepper … Fry the king prawns all around for about 3 minutes … Add pieces of asparagus and stew for about 5 minutes … Deglaze with cream and wine and reduce by half – approx. 7-10 minutes -… add cheese and let it melt … pepper, salt and round off with chilli … add pasta and heat for approx. 5 minutes
Serve
- Place on a deep plate, sprinkle with herbs from Provence and enjoy with the white wine
