- 2 piece Red peppers
- 1 piece Mozzarella
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 100 g Hard cheese
- Salt
- Crushed red pepper
- Oil
- Wash the bell peppers, cut in half crosswise and remove the seeds. Put some oil in a small baking dish and place the peppers in it.
- Cut the mozzarella into very small pieces. Grate hard cheese. Mix all 3 types of cheese together. Season with salt and Pul Biber.
