  • 75 g Lentils red
  • 200 ml Water
  • 75 g Whole grain bulgur
  • 2 tbsp Semolina
  • 1 Fresh shallot
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • Oil

* for the salad

  • 200 g Carrots
  • 0,5 piece Red peppers
  • 0,25 Lettuce
  • 200 g Sweet corn canned drained

* for the dressing

  • 200 g Yogurt turkish
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • Vanilla salt … RZ in my KB
  1. Put the lentils and water in a saucepan, bring to the boil and then cook the lentils soft for about 10-15 minutes over the lowest heat.
  2. Put the bulgur and semolina in a bowl, add the lentils and stir everything together. Then let it cool down.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the salad. First stir together the ingredients for the dressing and then place them in the refrigerator.
  4. Peel and grate the carrots. Wash the peppers (if you want, you can peel them), then cut into small pieces. Wash the lettuce and pluck it into small pieces.
  5. Put the carrots, bell peppers, lettuce and corn in a bowl and mix together. Put in the fridge as well.
  6. Now peel the shallot and cut it into very small pieces. Then add these together with the spices and flour to the lentil mixture. Knead everything together thoroughly. … A malleable mass should be created. If the mass is too soft, add a little more flour, it is too firm, add a little water.
  7. Divide this mass into 6 parts. Form balls out of this and press them flat. (about 1cm high and 8cm in diameter)
  8. Heat plenty of oil in a pan and fry the buffers on both sides for about 4-5 minutes.
  9. Arrange 3 buffers with salad and dressing on 2 plates and serve.
