Pancakes 1887
The perfect pancakes 1887 recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 4 Eggs
- 400 ml Milk
- 100 ml Natural carbonated mineral water
- 6 tbsp Peanut oil
- 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 1 Banana fresh
- Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Separate the eggs.
- Put the egg yolks with the milk, mineral water and the oil in a bowl and stir.
- In a fat-free bowl, stir the egg whites with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of powdered sugar until creamy.
- Now add the liquid to the flour and stir well. Add the egg whites in portions and fold in slightly.
- Rub a small pan with a little oil and add a small ladle full of batter. The pancakes should be baked slowly until golden brown with little fat and low heat. If you like, you can add some sliced banana.
- Remove from the pan, sprinkle with sugar or spread jam and serve.
