Cooking: Salmon and Zucchini Pan
The perfect cooking: salmon and zucchini pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Salmon fillet
- 1 Zucchini fresh
- 1 Carrot
- 0,5 Fresh onion
- 100 g Chopped tomatoes
- 100 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- Fish spice … RZ in my KB
- Oil
- Wash and pat dry the fish, then remove the skin. Then cut into bite-sized pieces / cubes.
- Peel the zucchini, quarter them lengthways and cut into slices that are not too thin. Peel the carrot and cut very small. (I also quartered them lengthways and then cut them into small pieces.) Peel and chop the onion.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion in it, then add the zucchini and carrot and cook with it. Add the tomatoes (canned food) and water to the pan, put the lid on it and simmer for about 12-15 minutes at a low temperature.
- Then turn the temperature a little higher, add the salmon and fish seasoning (amount as desired) and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Turn off the stove, stir in the sour cream and let it steep for a few minutes.
- Place on plate with any side dish (rice with us) and serve.
