- 600 g Turkey breast
- 300 g Red pointed peppers
- 1 Fresh onion
- 2 tbsp Rosemary Chilli Oil … RZ in my KB
- Chilli salt
- 1 tbsp Curry paste … RZ in my KB
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 50 g Whole wheat pasta
- Wash the meat, pat dry and then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Peel the bell peppers, remove the seeds and membranes and cut into small pieces. Also peel the onion and chop or chop it.
- Heat the oil in a pan and lightly fry the meat in it. Then add the paprika and onion and sauté.
- Then stir in curry paste. Then pour in the vegetable stock and bring to the boil.
- Let cook with the lid on the lowest setting for approx. 40-50 minutes.
- After about 30 minutes, add the pasta.
