Cooking: Turkey and Pepper Pan

The perfect cooking: turkey and pepper pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Turkey breast
  • 300 g Red pointed peppers
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 2 tbsp Rosemary Chilli Oil … RZ in my KB
  • Chilli salt
  • 1 tbsp Curry paste … RZ in my KB
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 50 g Whole wheat pasta
  1. Wash the meat, pat dry and then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Peel the bell peppers, remove the seeds and membranes and cut into small pieces. Also peel the onion and chop or chop it.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly fry the meat in it. Then add the paprika and onion and sauté.
  4. Then stir in curry paste. Then pour in the vegetable stock and bring to the boil.
  5. Let cook with the lid on the lowest setting for approx. 40-50 minutes.
  6. After about 30 minutes, add the pasta.
