Ingredients

  • 3 Pc. Turkey breast fillet
  • 1 Pc. Yellow peppers
  • 1 Pc. Red peppers
  • 3 Rods Leek
  • 6 Pc. Carrots
  • 2 Pc. Onion
  • 3 cm Fresh ginger
  • 1 Can Coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp Fish sauce
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder
  • 4 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • Cut turkey breast fillets into strips and divide into bite-sized portions. Stir in the fish sauce and marinate covered for about 10 minutes. Clean the leeks and peppers and cut into pieces, thinly slice the carrots. Bring all the vegetables to the boil in a saucepan with a little salt for a few minutes until the vegetables are half cooked, but still a bit firm to the bite. Drain. In the meantime, chop the onions and ginger. First heat the wok, then the oil. Fry the ginger for about 2 minutes, then add the onions and fry until translucent. Add the meat and fry well, stirring occasionally. Then add the vegetables, mix in well and let everything cook for a few more minutes. Season with pepper, a little salt * and paprika powder (be careful with salt: * the fish sauce is already very salty!). Add coconut milk and stir well. Season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning. Heat up well and serve immediately. Delicious with rice and / or baguette.
