Cordon Bleu Made from Minced Beef

The perfect cordon bleu made from minced beef recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Minced meat

  • 500 g Minced beef
  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • 1 piece Chopped onion
  • 5 piece Chopped garlic
  • Mustard to taste
  • Salt, pepper, chilli from the mill
  • Whole grain breadcrumbs
  • 5 Branches Chopped parsley
  • 3 Branches Freshly chopped marjoram

filling

  • 8 Discs Smoked turkey ham
  • 4 Discs Cheese I took toast cheese
  • Some chilli for those who like it spicy
  • Oil to fry
  1. Process the above ingredients into a dough as usual. Mix tightly so that a nice dough develops. Let rest.
  1. Use your hands to shape a handful of minced meat into a loaf and place on a kitchen board. Now top with ham and cheese and season with chilli from the mill. I put a sheet of ham, then the cheese, and then another sheet of ham.
  1. Now shape a handful of minced meat into a patty and cover the first filled patty with it. Press the edges together nicely so that the cheese does not run out.
  1. Turn the board over and let the patties fall into your hand and shape them nicely. Turn in a little breadcrumbs on both sides. Gradually prepare the patties. Heat the oil in the pan, I turned my stove to 8, put in the loaf and turn it back to 6 so that it is cooked through.
  1. Preheat the circulating air pipe to 80 degrees. Drain the crispy brown loaf on kitchen paper and place in the oven on a serving plate. Gradually finish frying the patties.
  1. We only had more lettuce with it. The patties are very extensive, I think. LET IT TASTE! I ran out of exactly 4 patties!
