Minced Beef and Savoy Cabbage Pan

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 0,5 Savoy cabbage
  • 1 Red pointed peppers
  • 125 g Bacon
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Bouillon
  • 0,25 cup Cream
  • Pepper and salt
  • Gnocchi
  • Butter

Instructions
 

  • Wash the sausage and cut into pieces. Chop the onion and peppers into pieces. Put on the pot with water for the gnocchis.
  • Heat some oil in a saucepan and fry half of the onions in it until translucent. Add savoy cabbage and sauté. Stir every now and then. When the savoy cabbage is nicely braised, add the peppers to the saucepan. Possibly Pour in some oil and water.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the rest of the onion until translucent. Add the bacon and fry. Fry the ground beef coarsely and crumbly. Add the pot of bouilion and some cream, bring to the boil briefly and pour into the saucepan with the savoy cabbage. Season to taste with pepper.
  • Heat some butter in a pan and toss the cooked gnocchis in the hot butter. Then pour the saucepan with the minced savoy cabbage over the lightly roasted gnocchis. Mix in carefully. Glass of beer with it .. Bon appetit !!
