Cordon bleu with Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 veal escalopes, each approx. 200 g
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 200 g Gorgonzola, diced
  • 4 slices of cooked ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pound the meat slices, evenly cover with the cooked ham and diced Gorgonzola, and fold them together. Coat in flour, dip in the beaten egg, and coat in breadcrumbs. Fry in a hot pan with oil and butter for about 10 minutes on each side until golden brown.
