Corn – Apple – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of corn, 300 g each, one with juice
  • 2 apples, or more
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp tartar sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Kids love it too!

Place the corn (one can of corn syrup) in a bowl. Chop the apples into small pieces and add them. Mix with mayonnaise and remoulade and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Tastes simply delicious! The kindergarten children loved it.
