Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g corn, ground
  • 1 ½ bags of baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 200 g margarine
  • 500 ml mineral water, carbonated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, vegan

26 cm ring pan with baking paper. First, combine the dry ingredients, then mix the margarine thoroughly and slowly add the water. Stir on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Pour into a 26 cm ring pan lined with baking paper. Place in a cold oven and bake at approximately 140°C (convection oven) for about 90 minutes. Do a pin test. Remove the baking paper only after the cake has completely cooled. My own recipe.
