Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of corn
  • 2 bell peppers of your choice
  • 2 small onions
  • e.g. soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with corn, peppers and onions

Drain the corn in a colander. Trim the bell peppers and peel the onions, then dice both. Then fry all the ingredients in a hot pan. Once the onions are translucent, add soy sauce to taste. Serve hot.
