Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 corn cobs
- olive oil
- 125 g herb butter
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Ideal as a barbecue side dish
Divide each corn cob into 4 pieces, cook in boiling salted water for about 30 minutes, rinse, pat dry, brush with oil, place on soaked wooden skewers, and brush with melted herb butter. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning frequently.
