Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g corn, frozen
  • 1 m.-large bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), red
  • ½ m.-sized zucchini, approx. 90 g
  • 1 m.-large chili pepper(s), red
  • ½ bunch coriander leaves
  • 20 g salt
  • some cabbage leaves to cover
  • n. B. Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 10 days; Total time approx. 10 days 15 minutes

Place the corn in a deep bowl. Wash, trim, and finely dice the bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and chili. Add to the corn. Finely chop the coriander and add it. Mix everything with the salt and mix well. Place the vegetables in a fermentation pot, add a few cabbage leaves, and press firmly; juice should form on the surface. Then weigh it down with stones. Let it ferment for about 10 days. Tip: Stir in a little honey before serving.
