Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 450 g potatoes
- 1 cup peas, frozen, approx. 200 – 250 ml content
- 200 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg powder
- ½ box of cress
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the potatoes and then cook them in boiling water until tender. Briefly blanch the peas in water. Mash the potatoes with milk, salt, and pepper. Fold in the peas. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Fold in the cress.
