Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 slice(s) ham, cooked, diced
  • 3 spring onions
  • Herbs (8 herb mix), frozen
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • Sauce thickener
  • salt and pepper
  • Margarine (Sanella) for frying
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the ham into small pieces and fry in a pan with melted margarine. Trim and roughly chop the spring onions, and add them. Then pour the ham and corn, along with the juice from the can, into the pan. Sauté briefly, then add enough water to make a soup. Sprinkle in plenty of the herb mixture. Bring to a boil, then add the cup of cream. Season with salt and pepper, then thicken with sauce thickener if desired. Serve with fresh baguette.
