Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 m.-sized onion(s)

Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Own creation
Peel and chop the onion and garlic, and fry them in a little oil until translucent. Add the curry powder to the onions to taste and fry briefly. Pour in the heavy cream. Add the vegetable stock cube and herbs and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. If you like, you can add a dash of pumpkin seed oil at the end. I usually serve this sauce with steaks (beef, ostrich, pork, etc.) and as a side dish with pasta or potato gnocchi. Note: Paprika powder could certainly be used as an alternative to curry powder.
