Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 cans of corn, with liquid
  • 1 gr. can/n tomatoes, with liquid
  • 1 liter of broth
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper, salt
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the onion and fry in a little oil. Add the ground beef and fry. Then add the corn and tomatoes to the pot along with the liquid and top up with broth. Season the soup with tomato paste, pepper, salt, soy sauce, ginger powder, thyme, oregano, and basil. After 30-45 minutes, the soup is ready to serve. It goes best with freshly baked baguette. This soup is perfect for a party. Simply increase the quantities specified.
