- 150 g sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 80 g almond flakes
- 80 g cornflakes
- 20 wafers
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine the sugar and egg whites in a saucepan, stir, and heat. Add the almonds and simmer briefly, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat and let everything cool for about 10 minutes. Then fold in the cornflakes. Using a teaspoon, form small mounds and place them on the wafers. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for about 20 minutes.
