Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g cornflakes
  • 120 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

makes about 20 cookies

Cream the butter with sugar and egg until fluffy. Stir in the flour, baking powder, cornflakes, and raisins. Form the dough into round balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
