Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potato(s), thinly sliced
  • ½ liter cream
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 1 kg pork ribs, thin
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Goaß means goat in Bavaria. This is an old Munich recipe made with pork ribs. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper and place them in a well-greased roasting pan. Pour over the cream and milk. Place the pork ribs on top and let the potato-rib mixture finish cooking in the oven. You’ll need to poke around in it often and add more milk or cream if necessary—it should be quite moist. Bake at 225°C for 45 minutes.
