- 250 g cottage cheese
- 1 tsp piri-piri
- 1 gherkin(s)
- 1 bunch arugula
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

quick and easy
Mix the cottage cheese with the piri-piri. Cut the cucumber into pieces and mix with the torn arugula into the cottage cheese. Add the balsamic vinegar, mix well, and enjoy. The cucumber can also be replaced with bell peppers, for example.
