Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cottage cheese (granular cream cheese)
  • 1 smoked trout fillet(s), approx. 65 g
  • e.g. herbs (dill, chives, cress, parsley)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • n. B. horseradish
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the trout fillet in a small bowl and break it into small pieces with a fork. Drizzle with the lemon juice and soy sauce. Add the horseradish spread (the amount varies depending on how spicy you want the spread) and the cream cheese, and mix with a spoon. Finely chop the fresh herbs and fold in. Finally, season the cream cheese mixture with salt and pepper. You can also use 70-90g of sardines or tuna instead of the trout fillet.
