Smoked salmon spread

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 2 spring onions
  • ½ pack of dill, fresh or frozen
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • Pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the salmon into small cubes. Clean and wash the spring onions, then slice them into thin rings. Blend the cream cheese with honey and mustard until creamy. Then stir in the dill, onion rings, and salmon. Finally, season with freshly ground pepper. Pour the spread into a sealable container and refrigerate. It will keep in the refrigerator for 3 days. We like to eat this spread on fresh rolls for Sunday breakfast. I’ve also spread it on small baguette slices and served them with a cold buffet.
