Ingredients
 

  • 3 Eggs
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 500 g Quark
  • 60 g Semolina
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 Vials Rum Flavoring
  • 3 Apples
  • 1 Handful Raisins
  • Butter and breadcrumbs for the pan

Instructions
 

  • Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Add the quark, semolina, baking powder and rum flavoring and stir everything well.
  • Peel, quarter, core and slice the apples. Stir into the quark dough together with the raisins.
  • Butter a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the dough and bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° for about 25-30 minutes.
  • If you want, you can serve a vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream with it.
