Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 500 g Quark
- 60 g Semolina
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 Vials Rum Flavoring
- 3 Apples
- 1 Handful Raisins
- Butter and breadcrumbs for the pan
Instructions
- Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Add the quark, semolina, baking powder and rum flavoring and stir everything well.
- Peel, quarter, core and slice the apples. Stir into the quark dough together with the raisins.
- Butter a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the dough and bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° for about 25-30 minutes.
- If you want, you can serve a vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream with it.
