Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 350 g Quark lean - I took 20% quark.
  • 50 g Semolina
  • 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 3 medium sized Apples
  • Raisins as needed, little or a lot, everyone has to make as he wants

Instructions

  • Mix the eggs, sugar and salt with a mixer until thick and creamy. Stir in the quark. Mix semolina and baking powder and stir in. Peel the apples and roughly grate them under the dough, as well as the raisins.
  • Spread everything in a greased casserole dish and put it in the oven. Electric = 200 degrees - convection = 170 degrees ---- gas setting 3-4 Bake for about 30 minutes. I sprinkled cinnamon and sugar over the casserole and ate applesauce with it. But you can also take other fruit or as a dessert with ice cream or vanilla sauce. It was delicious and tasted good.
