Dessert: Cottage Cheese with Blueberry Groats

  • 1 packet Frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Potato flour – NO Mondamin !!!!!!!!! *
  • 1 tablespoon Tonka bean abrasion
  • 500 g Quark double cream
  • 1 a cup Sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 piece Orange, this is the juice
  1. Bring the frozen blueberries to a boil in a saucepan with the powdered sugar. Flavor with grated tonka beans.
  2. Stir the potato flour in a little cold water and add to the boiling fruit. The result is a firm blueberry pudding. Now let it cool down
  3. Mix the quark with sour cream, sugar and orange juice.
  4. Now, in a glass, first layer some quark cream, then blueberry pudding and then again quark cream. Garnish with a small teaspoon of blueberry pudding.
  5. * Mondamin makes the groats cloudy. It stays clear with potato flour.
