- 1 packet Frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon Potato flour – NO Mondamin !!!!!!!!! *
- 1 tablespoon Tonka bean abrasion
- 500 g Quark double cream
- 1 a cup Sour cream
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 piece Orange, this is the juice
- Bring the frozen blueberries to a boil in a saucepan with the powdered sugar. Flavor with grated tonka beans.
- Stir the potato flour in a little cold water and add to the boiling fruit. The result is a firm blueberry pudding. Now let it cool down
- Mix the quark with sour cream, sugar and orange juice.
- Now, in a glass, first layer some quark cream, then blueberry pudding and then again quark cream. Garnish with a small teaspoon of blueberry pudding.
