Cottage cheese – crab spread

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g cottage cheese
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 2 spring onions
  • 200 g North Sea crab meat
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • Pepper, freshly ground from the mill
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

fantastic with hearty farmer’s bread

Mix the cottage cheese with milk. Wash and trim the spring onions, then slice them thinly. Mix the spring onions, rinsed shrimp, and chopped dill (reserve some for garnish) with the cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Tastes wonderful on freshly baked bread!
