- 2 slices of cooked ham
- 4 gherkins (or other pickled gherkins)
- 3 cocktail tomatoes

- Balsamic vinegar, white
Instructions

Low carb, protein
Place the cottage cheese in a bowl. Slice the ham and dice the cucumbers. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Add everything to the cottage cheese and season with pepper and balsamic vinegar. If desired, you can also slice some cheese into sticks and mix in. This dish contains approximately 40 g of protein per serving and a total of under 300 kcal.
