Cotton Cake with Addictive Potential!
The perfect cotton cake with addictive potential! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Dough:
- 3 cups Spelled flour type 630
- 2 cups Extra fine sugar
- 1 Cup Oil
- 1 Cup Sparkling water
- 4 Eggs
- 1 packet Baking powder
Covering:
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 500 ml Milk
- 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Desiccated coconut
- 100 g Butter
- 100 g Oil
Dough: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees!
- Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder. Then stir in the oil, mineral water and eggs well. Prepare a greased baking pan, preferably with a frame, lined with baking paper and spread the batter on it. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes! I used a normal coffee cup!
Covering:
- Prepare the pudding with 500ml milk and the vanilla sugar. Set aside and melt the butter, sugar and coconut flakes at the same time and brown while stirring.
Dough:
- Take the dough out of the oven and let it cool down briefly.
Complete:
- Spread the pudding on the warm base and spread the coconut mixture evenly on it. Let cool in the pan. Then loosen the edge all around with a spatula and remove frame! Let the cake cool down completely! Serve! 🙂
