Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 liter broth (beef soup)
- Salt
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk the eggs and flour thoroughly and pour in the hot soup. Continue bubbling until everything has come to a boil. Season with salt and sprinkle with chives, and serve hot.
