Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp flour
- 1 liter beef broth
- Salt
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whisk the eggs and flour thoroughly and pour over the hot soup. Continue whisking until the soup boils. Season with salt and serve sprinkled with chives.
