super hearty and delicious

Sift flour, baking soda, and salt into a large mixing bowl. Then add the butter, onions, and herbs. Then mix with the milk and buttermilk to form a soft dough. Lightly knead the dough and shape it into a log. Score the log with a star shape using a knife dipped in flour and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Finally, brush with a little milk and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven) for about 35 to 40 minutes. If the dough is too sticky, feel free to knead in a little more flour.
