  • 10 g margarine
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Crack an egg into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Break up the yolk with a fork and scramble. Add the slices of toast to the egg mixture, while simultaneously heating the margarine in a pan. Fry the soggy toast on both sides until crispy.
