Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 slice(s) turkey or chicken
- Chinese spice mix (turmeric, curry, chili, galangal)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp ginger, freshly grated
- Soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
in the wok
Brown the shredded meat in a wok and dust with the spice mixture. Finely chop the leek and bell pepper and add them to the meat in the wok. Fry until translucent. Season with soy sauce. Finally, add the crushed garlic and grated ginger. We like to serve this with couscous. Glass noodles also work well.
