Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup(s) couscous
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat the milk. Add the couscous, chia seeds, and coconut blossom sugar, stir several times, and let it swell for 10 minutes. Serve in bowls, for example, with compote.
